Helping Communities Destigmatize Mental Health

Whether you’re a university focused on student mental health, a non profit organization focused on community mental health, or a large company focused on the social impact of global health—I have designed in person and virtual programing to fit your needs.

How to get started

  • Please provide the following information:

    a) Details of event such as the setting (i.e., in person/Zoom) and proposed timeline/deadline for speaking engagement .

    b) Number of attendees, background information of attendees, and organization .

    c) Provide proposal framework with objectives or topic areas you are interested (if applicable).

  • We will meet for a free 20-30 minute Zoom consultation to discuss the details of your event or training.

  • Based on what you share, we will determine if I am able to assist in what you are looking for. Afterward, I will provide you with a detailed proposal with a curriculum outline, technology (if applicable), and pricing. Depending on the deadline, I will provide you with a draft of the presentation along with any handouts and supplemental material that I will be using.
